Salesforce has unveiled AIforce, an interface it says will change how customers work with AI by wiring its own agents and data into a wider network of partners.
Salesforce, the cloud software company, made the announcement in chief executive Marc Benioff's keynote at Dreamforce, its annual conference.
The line-up spans Google Cloud, AWS, Nvidia and model makers including Anthropic, the firm behind the Claude chatbot.
The aim, Salesforce argued, is to cut the migrations and integrations that slow customers down and to deliver broader end-to-end tools.
What each partner brings
The Google tie binds Salesforce workflows to Gemini Enterprise, feeding its analytics and customer data into Google's models and infrastructure.
The AWS expansion covers cloud infrastructure and lets agents work across different environments.
Salesforce pointed to Nvidia's Nemotron family of models as a source of stronger reasoning and more reliable data outputs.
The strategy behind it
The through-line is a deliberate turn toward partners rather than a walled garden.
Salesforce is stitching third-party models and rival clouds into Agentforce, its own platform for building AI agents, the software that carries out tasks on a user's behalf.
That marks a shift for a company whose pitch has long rested on keeping customers inside its own system.
Benioff put the ambition in his own terms, saying the arrival of AIforce "changes everything".
