Robinhood Markets has launched its second publicly listed venture fund, Robinhood Ventures Fund II (RVII), on the New York Stock Exchange.

RVII raised $225.5 million in an initial public offering and will target early- and growth-stage startups, focusing especially on current and former participants in Y Combinator.

Rich Aberman, RVII portfolio manager, said the fund aims to broaden access to the wealth-generation that has historically excluded everyday investors, adding, "Hopefully it's to the benefit of everyday Americans and retail investors."

The vehicle listed after priced 8 million shares at $25 apiece and follows Robinhood's first fund in March, which concentrated on late-stage private companies.

The move extends Robinhood's strategy of using publicly traded funds to let retail customers buy private-market exposure as startups stay private longer, a push that sits alongside the firm's broader product expansion into agentic AI features and crypto infrastructure.

Robinhood Ventures head Sarah Pinto said the company is already planning additional funds and will sequence them deliberately as it builds out the venture program.
