Formula E said it has signed a multi-year agreement that names Google Cloud both Principal Partner and Principal Artificial Intelligence Partner for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

The company said in a statement the deal builds on an official partnership first formalised in January 2025 and expands the use of Google Cloud technologies across the Championship’s operations.

The company said Formula E will integrate Gemini models across its ecosystem and adopt additional Google Cloud tools, and that a Strategy Agent has already been added to live broadcasts to provide tailored insights, predictions and explanations to millions of viewers.
