NVIDIA led demonstrations at London Tech Week that it says show tangible progress toward the U.K.'s stated goal of building domestic AI capability.
The effort follows a year-old declaration made at the same event by NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang and U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer that the U.K. would be an "AI maker, not an AI taker."
The company framed the showcases as evidence of momentum across the country's AI agenda, saying the displays and partner activity illustrate practical steps since that announcement.
NVIDIA did not attach a single summarising metric in its material, instead presenting the week’s exhibits and collaborations as a bundle of capability signals for government, industry and research audiences.
