Guardio, the Israeli cybersecurity startup, raised $40 million in a financing that values the company at $1.1 billion and includes investment from Assaf Rappaport.
The company said the proceeds will be used to counter internet scams, targeting threats powered by artificial intelligence and reinforcing its consumer-facing protections against generative-AI phishing and malicious browser extensions.
Existing backers ION Crossover Partners, Union Tech Ventures and Vintage Investment Partners joined the round, which lifts Guardio’s lifetime funding to $167 million.
The deal follows an $80 million November 2025 financing and comes as Guardio has said it recently surpassed one million paying customers and roughly $150 million in annual recurring revenue, milestones the company frames as the basis to accelerate product development and user growth.
